The pants look a bit like plaid golf pants, but all the armor has weird lower bits. I actually like this armor quite a bit. Alistair usually wears it until I get the Evon the Great mail, or Cailan's armor.

Chest = Sacred Ashes Temple, east side of starting area.
Gloves = Ozammar Shaperate, at the far end of the room in a locked chest.
Boots = Sold by Redcliff Armor Trader after *spoiler* saving his daughter
It's one of my favourite sets with the huge armor bonus but its not massive armor - perfect for a 2handed warrior.
