Anyone know why my city elf is not showing here on my profile? It only seems to display the circular background and his details, his face is missing. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it? Check my profile then click Games and Dragon Age PS3 to understand what i'm talking about.

That's a problem that's been about since pretty much the games release dude, sorry to say that it's not likely to be fixed any time soon as bioware don't seem to give a toss about the ps3 users.

Or it could be the fact that, in the grand scheme of things, it's not all that important. All it is is "look at my character! lulz!" and not much else.

I've found that if you make a character before registering your game on this site, the image does not upload properly, and you only get the background.
The same happens when your character is re-uploaded when you import them to Awakening (if you have Awakening, that is).

And I have found that is not the case. Most of the characters I made after registering have no image uploaded.

I think the uploading only works intermittently at best to begin with. I also noticed I have more success uploading character images that have no background. NONE of my characters with a background have uploaded so I stopped using them.

Its probably coincidence but i have the same problem with my city elf.

There are many threads on this.

TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK...
One thing I've tried and got to work (eventually) is to delete the entire file, via the Character Manager.
I reloaded DA, resaved my most recent game, and relogged in.

My character came back, with a picture... although the first time, it changed my human warrior into a dwarven beserker. So I did it again, and it worked.

Thanks elastic otter. I was having the same problem so I'm going to try your suggestion later.



Btw mine is a little different. I have the character with no pic, but I also get a "duplicate" character with a pic. This duplicate has the stats/equipment of a level 1 just-created character, but otherwise is the same (correct face, race, name, origin).

How about a character disappearing all of the sudden?



i have not even played the game in the last week and my profile picture guy is just a black square. any ideas?
