So my brother just downloaded the Kasumi DLC and I was gonna start my third playthrough. But when I opened my game, I saw that all my achievements are gone... Now I can't select the extra power you can pick when you make a new character.

Does anyone have a .ini file that unlocks all the achievements? I have the .ini editor but have no idea how to use it.

Make sure you are logging in to your account, and not some other one your brother may have set up.

I am. When I check my achievements, it shows that I have none.
