I have an unopened copy of the collectors edition and on the back of the case it says, "one time use code available with full retail purchase. expires april 30th 2010."
Ive not opened it yet but will I still be able to redeem the in-game items?
I tried the live chat and that was a joke.
I was told they will not help me with anything that has to do with in-game items.

I think it should still work, there was a thread here not long ago about that, pretty sure the codes don't "expire".

Yes. We had announced via the press that in-game items would still be redeemable past the Apr. 30 date advertised on the card.
