Hello,

Yesterday i had an idea, what would it be like to play the game as a child? so i went looking for ways to get it done, i've tried the 'runscript appearance' thingy but whenever i do this, it does turn my PC model in that of a Male elven child BUT strangely enough i appear to be without eyes or hair, both parts are transparent.

I understand there is a way to get this done with the toolset, unfortunately i am one of those people that just keeps getting the database error, after fideling with it for several days.. i have given up on it. Also, bioware doesn't seem so supportive in this ...

Anyhow firstly my question is;  Is there a way to change the PC model in my savegame file to something else WITH hair and eyes Without using the toolset?

I have already experimented somewhat with the GFF and ERF editors, Strangely enough i don't seem to be able to edit the 'SAVEGAME_PLAYER_MORPH' section (which as i understand it, contains the information regarding character appearance) Since all of it is in binary, i've tried using a binary to text translator from google but that didnt work, all that came out was gibberish in the form of strange symbols  very confusing indeed..

ANY and ALL suggestions/idea's concerning the savegame file editing would be vewwy much appreciated.

Problem solved, i managed to fix my toolset.

I have found a way to be able to play as a child, with hair and eyes. If anyone feels interested in this let me know here and i will share this knowledge.

can it be possible that change to child appearanece with colored eyes and hair in game,not load from a save data?...

How do you get it to show the hair and eyes? I can't manage to make it work.

Does anyone know? I've tried all I can think of with the toolset but nothing has worked and there are no posts or tutorials explaining how.

You need to create a head morph using the toolset (use the KN_ prefixed template in the norph editor), then edit the save to add that morph to your character, in the same place you add the child appearance value.
