So here's my situation...

I'm living abroad, in Serbia as you may have guessed.  I've purchased Dragon Age: Origins, which I have been (until as of late) quite pleased with. So much so that I decided to purchase some of the downloadable content.  Here's the rub: when I registered my game, I was unable to select Serbia as my location.  It's just not an option in the drop-down menu. So I selected Croatia, figuring it was the closest to me.  When I attempted to buy Bio Ware points, I was notified that my card was outside of the area in which I registered. So it goes.

I set about trying to contact customer support via email, to no avail.  To make contact by email, one has to select the platform (pc in my case) and the game.  These are required fields.  Unfortunately, those drop-downs are EMPTY. Cannot select ANYthing.  I learn through the forum that I should call the number in the back of the instruction manual. So it goes.

I call customer support, which happens to be in Britain.  After rocking out to hold music for some time, I get someone. I explain my situation to him.  He tells me that they only do support for the UK, and that I should call the number in the back of my manual.  I tell him that this IS the number in the back of my manual.  I also explain to him that the game is MARKETED in Serbian.  The game was purchased at full price from a legitimate, reputable computer store, and the cover and the instruction manual are written in Serbian.  He puts me on hold while he searches for a solution.  No cigar.  He was as helpful as he could be, there simply exists no mechanism by which he could fix the problem.  I ask if there's anyone else I could contact, email, fax, telegraph.  Nada.  So it goes.

So I feel as if the game was marketed rather disingenuously in Serbia, with no support mechanisms and no apparent intention of providing any.  I actually want to GIVE them money, and cannot!  What sort of professional organization would handle its marketing and distribution in such a way?

Any feedback guys?  There must be something for us out here...
