I pre-ordered DAO week ago and I still haven't got any ingame bonus items or redeem codes for downloadable content. What is the best way of getting these? Have posted e-mail to EA support but they haven't answered yet. Thanks in advance.

Same here. I got reply from EA support yesterday stating that they have some technical issues and I should receive my codes within 48 hours. So, I guess all we can do is wait. There are a number of posts about people having this exact problems on this forum.
