I agreed to kill Flemeth for Morrigan but I am not able to do it as she changes into Dragon before fight starts. Dragon is very strong and I am not able to kill him even at easy difficulty. Is here any trick in that? I don't know how to do it. For this time I postponed this quest and went somewhere else. Or what will happen if I would let Flemeth be and I would lie Morrigan I killed Flemeth. I want to lose Morrigan anyway.

There are few ways to do it. (i didn't kill her yet, got her to about 35% on nightmare with only 2 mana pots) so i also decided to do it later when i have more mana pots.
The main thing you want to do is turn the head of the dragon away from your other party members, place your mages/rangers away from the dragon and start beating her/him up. you most likely need alot of potions and some fire resistance would help aswell.
If you still are not able to do it, just go somewhere else and come back later when you character grows stronger, it is always good to have a healer in your party & I myself find it wise to have 2 melee and 2 ranged as the dragon should or would only hit the melee with tail swipe and w/e
Hope this helps,

How about not putting spoilers in the title. Thanks?

Dedicated healer standing outside the range of the dragon breath and other attacks; a good number of lyrium and health poultices; constant manual intervention.
This allowed me to beat her, although the fight did take a while. I did it with Shale, Alistair, Wynne, and my rogue. Shale was really the key for me -- his massive health let him take the hits so the rest of the party could deal damage.

i had no issue...but she turns into a dragon, that is what is supposed to happen. lots of healing pots and a healer will get the job done.

But where is Flemeth? Can't find her at the hut. And the hut needs a key to unlock.

She's supposed to be there. Reload an earlier save.

If Morrigan is in your party, she won't be there.

Go for ranged. It's a cheap way to kill Flemeth, but a highly effective one, seeing as melee oriented groups, will eventually have issues with knockbacks/mouth grabs/fire resistance. While it is certainly doable, it isn't really worth it, resource wise.
Just use one healer (Wynne or your main, if you went for the spirit healer specialization), one tank (Sten/Alistair/your main will work fine with Dragon/Juggernaut armor) and rogues with bows equipped (Leliana/Zevhran/main char). Keep your ranged and healer away from the hill (basically where you talk to Flemeth is fine), your tank at her at all times and put some arrows into her hide.
You will burn through some consumables (mainly lyrium pots but it helps having some healing poultices too) and it will generally take a while, but with proper micromanagement, it should be, for the most part trivial. I would recommend a level above 9-10 though, mostly to be on the safe side hp wise.

I did exactly what BanditGR has suggested when I killed Flemmeth. I had Alistair tank and Wynne heal; with my rogue and other party member switching to ranged damage even though they were both melee. It worked well and it does take a little to get her down, but it certainly beat my first attempt when I stuck with full melee and was almost immediately squished under dragon paws lol trial and error I guess
Do take plenty of health poultices and lyrium potions too, they help immensely.

Yep I used Wynn for heals, and Leliana for ranged and just ran around the dragon on my PC Warrior, she wouldn`t stop attacking me so I just ran circles around her while they downed him (I had Alistair too but he fell in seconds and I didn`t think it was worth bringing him back).

Caltrops...
Lots... and lots... of large caltrops.
set them up before the fight and watch her HP just shred away.

I used Alistar, Liliana ranged (sorry if i misspelled the name), and Wynne as a full time healer. Took her down slow, but it worked.

Killing Flemeth is actually easy...even on Hard Difficulty. Btw, are we suppose to get an achievement for defeating her?
I am just on my first play through as a Human Noble and I am at level 18 when I defeated her. Funny though, when I defeated the High Dragon I was only on level 12 or 11 I think. When I looked at my score sheet, the High Dragon is still on my "most powerful foe slain" up to now...for the entire party for that matter. I remember using about 4 potent healing potion, about 7 normal healing potion, AND 30+ lesser healing potion in defeating the High Dragon.
Being the 'tank' of the party, I get to kill most of the elite bosses including Flemeth. Oghren beat me to killing Branka by just a split second strike...lol. Anyways to kill Flemeth, I used Shale, Leliana, and Wynne. I used Shale as a single source of Stamina/Mana. He just stood there providing necessary pool of resource for Lelina and Wynne while I batter the Dragon Flemeth up close. I didn't know what to expect with Flemeth and when she turned into a dragon...I said "oh-oh!" lol. Fortunately, I was wearing Wades Superior Dragon Bone Plate Armor having 70% fire resistance while Leliana was using the other armor also made by Wade using the Drake Scales with 75% fire resistance. I had Wynne take a potion that will give her better resistance to fire. Nobody died in my party on my 1st try and I get to kill Flemeth myself. With precise striking, berserk, rally, shield wall, and a couple of poison on my "superman sword"...lol...the Starfang, every strike I make does about a 90 to 100+ damage on Flemeth. That couple with Wynne's 'Haste' spell, I made easy work of Flemeth. The developer (BioWare) made a dramatic animation on killing dragons - ala Bruce Lee, Jackie Chan, Jet Lee style of execution.
Note that it is almost necessary to maintain max health or atleast near full (like 75%) when battling dragons up close. They will bite you like a great white shark and if your heath is not high enough, you'll end up dead. I learned this the hard way when battling the High Dragon. Fortunately, at Level 18, my health is high enough that everytime Flemeth does her deed, I'd only lost half my health. She only was able to do this to my character twice (once at 50% and the other one at 25% of her health - I think).
Another note. I turned off Wynnes healing abilities (on Tactics Menu) because I want her to concentrate on putting hexes (to conserve her mana) on the Dragon Flemeth so that Flemeth will have difficulty hitting me. Shale, Leliana, and Wynne is quite far from Flemeth and the only thing that can hurt them is fire to which they have adequate resistance. Shale...well she can take the heat...lol. No resistance need. Although she (Shale) almost died though. With Shield Wall, Flemeth can't knock me down. I take about 10-20 point damage for every melee Flemeth throws at me...fire...just about 5...I think...while she takes about 90+ from me in return. Talk about giving real meaning to the term - "it is better to give that to receive"....lol.
