After a few weeks of scouring eBay, a friendly email to the helpful people at EA and a Collector's Edition purchase later, I finally have what I believe to be all of the DLC exclusive and pre-order items for DA:O on the Xbox 360.  However, I would like to confirm that four items are for the PC only as the Dragon Age Wiki wasn't entirely clear on the matter (with the exception of The Wicked Oath) and I would like to be certain.  They are as follows:

The Wicked Oath
Bulwark of the True King
Pearl of the Anointed
Bregan's Bow
