I was thinking about this for a while and could if be that if your made character is male and you want him to have a love interest in another male (......) could it happen? I know there are sure to be straight love interests but what about homosexual ones as well like lesbain ones? I have just been wondering what with what happend with Mass Effect and I was wondering if the dating aspects would be larger unlike how in mass effect you only sleep with an alien chick or a human male...Just wonder if anyone knows these questions.

yes, I think they will keep it a secret until we put our hands on the game. but morrigan and zevran are the most likely guesses, at least im my opinion.

What if you reject someone's attempt at flirting, or is it only the PC that can start flirting?

NPCs can flirt with you, yes. Even the non-romanceable ones might have a few little pieces of fun dialogue for your PC.



They aren't telling us who the same sex romances are, for some reason. Who knows why.

I believe that it was said that party members will flirt with you at random times, and one of the options is a rather lackluster response, to which they'll stop and leave things at friends. PCs can start flirting also by bringing their affection to the attention of the NPC in question. As to same sex romances, as much as I'd rather it be Alistair, I'm in agreement with Linarc that it's likely Morrigan and Zevran.

As long as Morrigan is in there than im kool^_^ Just hope there are more, I kinda hate being pinned down to 2 ppl to be interested in a game. So same sex relations ARE in the game like 100% right? I mean if they ain't in the game its not gonna make me to angry at all or any just like the thought.

Yes, same sex relations are definitely in the game, it's just unsure on how many there are and who are the characters which are available for that. Ideally it would be all of them but my guess is it's only Zhevran and Morrigan. I want Leliana, damn it!

So we're stuck with little choice in romance options. Looks like i'll be doing what i did in Mass Effect, BG2 and NVN2 and not bother.

Two hetero and one ****** choice per gender is NOT bad at all for romance options, Arc, believe me.

Me? Zevran. Unless Alistair manages to win my heart in my first playthrough. I'm bringing both boys along that time, to give them both a fair chance.

It would be better if you could just romance anyone with your character. After BG2 where I was ready to kill the whinney prospects I don't want to get stuck taking a party just cos I can't put up with the flirting. I really hope that they don't let you romace a dog. (although could be intersting trying to have a conversation with it.)

Anyone else get the feeling Zevran might be playing for both teams?  Not that there's anything wrong with that...
