Borschtbeet asked me out one time...is that really you BJ?
Nah, it's not me. It's just that I got a little overzealous in my defense of Busomjack in one thread and ever since then people have assumed I'm his alt profile or something.
It's not true of course but that doesn't stop them from clinging to that idea.
Would it make me a wimp to skip out on a 5K?

Ignoring the pages of spam, let me try to offer some advice.
The pain you feel may very well just be soreness due to lactic acid build up, It's not the same as having a torn muscle or broken bone.
I would suggest maybe taking some Aspirin before the race as it sounds like the pain is pretty harmless.
Aspirin doesn't help well with the build up of lactic acid in muscles. You need something like Ibuprofen or Naproxen.
Well I'm not doctor but I do walk around a lot at my job and Aspirin does help with my joint pain. For something more intense like long distance running though you might need something different.
I didn't say it wouldn't help... I just said it doesn't help well , as in- not as well as the others I listed.

Busomjack. You are creepy, wierd, inappropriate, and dislikeable. Just putting that out there.
Either that or he is the new Andy Kaufman and we are all players in his comedy. In either case he is extremely entertaining. Keep up the excellent work BusomJack/BorschtBeet/MessyPossum.

That not why I think your Bosumjack. I think you are him because I traced both screennames on the internet and found Borschtbeet(You) on another forum making the same clams as Borschtbeet(also you) make on this forum.

I have been doing a lot of running recently in addition to my standard training routine of weight lifting and freestyle martial arts/swordfighting. I did a 5K(3.1 miles) race last week which I finished in a mind blowingly fast time of 19:33.
As many of you know, a 5 K is really nothing as I have run races of far greater distance.
However, I pulled a calf muscle recently and it has been tremendously painful. This is bad because I have another 5K coming up this upcoming Saturday.
People are telling me I should forfeit the race. Pain is not an issue as I have learned to ignore all pain in my body. Rather the issue is that I fear further injury may impede my running abilities in the future and I should therefore rest for a bit.
Are there any kinesiology students who can give me a suggestion on what actions I should take?
Wow dude you really are sad..you act like your a tough guy and then always ask opinions on threads or try to show how great you are. "Pain is for the weak?" god i bet you the fattest guy in your nieghboor hood. Serously delete your account and get a life you are the most attention seeking troll in the history of man kind and i love how everytime you start a thread you got to talk about your physical activity and your exercise routines. Your so selfconsicous that you ask questions like this on off topic forums on bioware serously you are the biggest loser thats every graced any forum on any site.
