.Here's what I would do:
1) I would tell TIM that I'm very interested in working for Cerberus. However, after acquiring the Normandy SR-2, I would drop Miranda, Jacob and every Cerberus crew member at Omega. Together with Joker and Dr. Chakwas I would fly to the Citadel, revoke my Spectre status, explain the entire situation to the Council and send an email to Ashley (my LI
). Finally I would remove all the Cerberus logos on the Normandy, upgrade it a bit and take off to recruit Tali, Ashley (who now wants to join me because I work for the Alliance, not Cerberus 
) and Garrus. 2) When Liara tells me that she cannot help saving the galaxy because rescuing a friend who's probably dead and isn't even her friend is more important, I tell her that before doing anything else, I'll help her kill the Shadow Broker and track her friend down. I mean, Shepard is a Spectre, how hard can it be to convince/intimidate some persons to track down Feron. I killed Saren and I'm going to defeat the Collectors, the Shadow Broker poses no threat to me.
3) When the Normandy SR-1 is under attack, I have the option to leave Joker to his fate and take an escape pod. An evil act, yes, but some of my Renegade characters would never give their life to save a pilot.
There should be consequences of course: like a bigger chance that one of your squadmates dies in the suicide mission because your new pilot isn't as skilled as Joker.
