[Spyplane]

First off, I searched and didn't find anyone with this bug.

System:
I have an original 60gig PS3 with the 3.30 firmware.

Setting:
This takes place in the Elven Temple (wolf's den) in the Nature of the Beast Quest.   This is in regards to the Elven Ritual on the lower level of the temple.

Bug:
I tried the elven ritual without the tablet, just sort of guessing my way through it.   The shades arrived and I fought them off.   After giving up trying the ritual, I left the area and continued through the temple.   I made it all the way to the wolf lair and decided to head back out and pick up some health polices.  On my way back out of the warewolf's lair, I thought I'd stop on back by the fountain to see if I could figure out the puzzle (I was trying to not look at spoilers anywhere, so I wasn't aware there was a tablet with instructions).   Well I went up to the metal door, tried to unlock it with a few characters and when I turned around to give up, I instantly was standing in front of the spirit at the cutscene.   I said maybe one line and was fighting the spirit, the skeletons and the shades all at the same time (instead of in sequence when done correctly).   When I defeated them, I realized I was in the area behind the metal door and I had access to the armor and codex.   Well, here's the big problem with that, the metal door was still closed!   So after figuring that I'm just missing something and wandering around for a way to open the door, I finally gave up and shut down the game.   So looks like I have to ditch that save game and do a lot of the temple all over again, because I hadn't saved in a while.    Has anyone else heard of getting stuck behind the metal door?  This must be a bug, because I haven't found anywhere that says you should magically appear behind the door at the cutscene.   When it happened, I was simply walking away from the door towards the fountain.

If anyone has any ideas, I'd appreciate it.

I've read here and there that is has happened. You need to find an old elven tablet for the ritual to work otherwise the door will not open.

I found that too, the only problem is that I'm on the OTHER side of the door. I wish in other parts of the game I could magically walk through doors.

So, that happens to me too. I'm furious, because my last save was in circle of magi.



Bah, I will play another game for now (at least for a couple of weeks).



I hope that Bioware can correct this BUG soon!
