Quick question: Where can I go to edit the codex entires available or unavailable with a character? Is there a command script I can use or do I need to go somewhere in the save game files?
Thanks in advance for the help!

Just echoing Danger Boy's request. Been itching to correct my dumb connor/isolde codex entries.
Had wanted to ask this for quite a while, but felt embarrassed cluttering up the forum with it. Can't find where the codex entries are stored when the save game is opened up - the rest of the journal is there. Hell, editing the saved areas of the game is more readily apparent than editing the saved codex

Just bumping this once in blind hope.
Does anyone at all know how to manipulate the codex entries in a saved game? I'm pretty sure they're stored in the savegame_plot_manager > savegame_plot_list folder. Unfortunately, there are 980 different GUIDs under the plot_list_folder, all numbered in random strings. And the scripts which govern codex updates unfortunately do not tell you which GUIDs correspond to which codex entries.
Strongly suspect no one would really know this particular bit of arcane wizardry... In that likelihood, sorry for the brief resurfacing of this thread.

If you want the GUID for each codex entry, you could look in the toolset. Look under plot resources. There's a codex folder. They are all named cod_ something. The object inspector will tell you the GUID. Some codex entries have multiple flags, so you'd want to look in there for which flag number to set.

Thanks for the tip David. I managed to perform surgery on my saved game, and all is well in my codex. Was good of you to take the time to address such a trivial request.
Edit: If you read this DrDangerBoy, your codex files are stored in your save file under SAVEGAME PARTY LIST > SAVEGAME PLOTMANAGER > SAVE GAME PLOT LIST.
The plot flags determining the state of your codex are stored under various GUIDs, im seeing 980 in most of my save files.
Be wary, it can be difficult to determind exactly what value you want to set the plot flags to, to get the entries you want. The values displayed when you open up the plot resources dont correspond with what you actually need to enter- to fix my entries for isolde and connor, i actually had to pull up a save file with the correct entries and refer to the values saved there.
Not sure how much that helps you...
