Well...see title.
For me it would have to be talking to Vigil on that Prothean Planet. I thought it was so moving and sad. Definately amoung one of my favourite scenes in the Mass Effect series.
Favourite bit of ME1?

That conversation was indeed very interesting and moving. It finally gave me the answers I was looking for.
The entire finale was epic. The part I liked the most is when the Fifth Fleet comes to the aid of the Ascension and destroy Sovereign.

The conversation with Sovereign itself, without a doubt.

1. The whole battle from the time you drop down onto Ilos to the Citadel Tower, particularly the climb up the Citadel Tower. That felt more like an epic run than the final battle of ME2 did.
2. The final conversation with Saren, but only if my Charm is high enough.
3. The conversation with Sovereign. THIS EXCHANGE IS OVER.

1. Whenever you get to shut off the council after sending reports back to them (you know it
)
2. Talking with Saren for the last time (with charm/intimidate and no fight)
3. Talking to vigil and finding out the truth. It was more confronting than finding out the things in ME2.

I enjoyed Captain Kirrahe's speech on Virmire, "we will hold the line!"
I also thought the hardest and most memorable choice in the game was in the bonus content Bring Down the Sky. Choosing whether or not to kill the Batarian, Balek, at the expense of a group of innocent lives still tugs at my moral heartstrings.

Yes! Kirrahe's speech was awesome.
Also the end scene (of course) when Joker go all Death Star trench run on Sovereign.

I knew I had played ME1 a lot, but a friend pointed out I may have gone from "a lot" to "too much" when, during his first playthrough a couple months ago, I started reciting alongside Kirrahe during his speech. Without realizing I was doing it.swiftfix wrote...
