Stanley - could you please tell us how "Violation: Inappropriate Image" is used? If this is just a catch-all for images EA wants to remove then perhaps you could explain why the image was NOT removed by EA, but the person who posted it was sent a message that was ambiguous enough to scare him away from posting anything?
If it was a potential IP infringement this was never made clear. It's hard not to assume that someone got their knickers in a twist over an affectionate kiss between two men - something that is depicted in images throughout this forum and in the game itself.
If this really did result from one person's distaste for the content of the image could you please tell us if the moderator just acts alone, according to their own subjective likes and dislikes, or if there is any kind of overseeing process before forum members get jumped on?
At the moment a lot of people are concerned but while your reply is very much appreciated it still leaves the question of exactly why that particular image violated. "Inappropriate image" does not fit with possible IP infringement so the answer is still not clear.

That image is not inappropriate for these forums.
However, the warning states that the person's Pogo account was suspended, not their BioWare account. To me this indicates that the image was posted on the Pogo forums, not these forums. The Pogo forums are definitely aimed at a younger, General rated audience where as here we have an audience for Mature rated games. That image may be against the rules over at Pogo ( I do not visit Pogo much and do not know their TOS).
