I just wonder how this game could work as MMO .
I think it coud just copy some form WoW ( end - level ) + some new ideas.  All others thinkgs like game play etc looks perfect.
I might to say this could be best game ever! single player + MMO.

To have this game online I could pay 80 eur / month without and doubts.
Is there any rumors  about online experience ?

How is the gameplay perfect for an MMO?

Or better yet, don't.

The market is flooded with mummorpugers already. If you want one, there's plenty out there. In fact, the influx of mummorpugers is so great that single player RPGs have been getting the short end of the stick for years. And now that a good SP RPG is released after so long, people start asking for an MMO? Seriously, don't you think that's a little extreme?

I concur, can we get a third to sign, seal and deliver this absurd idea to the trash heap along with all the posts that came calling for elder scrolls to be made into an MMO

This came up earlier I'm simply going to state "no" as well based on the fact that MMORPG's trash their parent lore to the point of idiocy.

And anyways I'd hate to see Loghain become a 25 man raid or some such idiocy.

Leave it like it is, do regular DLCs that allow us to use our favorite primary character to re-enter the game world and chase new quests, then hit us with a expansion or sequel in a couple of years but do not, please, make this an MMO.

Dragon Age: Origins as a MMO? No thanks. But a MMO in the Dragon Age world perhaps. Still miss multiplayer though, would be great to be able to play coop. :)

So... what you're saying is... you want BioWare to ruin their reputation.

No thanks.

Who cares about a MMO, I just want Co-op Like NWN had. Playing with my friends is all this game really needs to be nearly perfect.

I prefer that Bioware concentrate on what they do well - single player RPGs. If they work on an MMORPG, it'd mean they'd have less time and resources for single player. Co-op mode would be nice though, forming a party with friends to play through the campaign. I remember BG2 having the possibility.

Can't do anything but agree completely. There is enough of MMORPG's and if you like MMORPG's and have the time for them, then WoW, Conan, LOTR and the upcoming Star Wars TOR should be enough to keep you going without changing yet another franchise into a MMO...

It's a shame we'll (probably) never see KOTOR 3 thanks to Star Wars TOR Posted Image

As we see - you see only negatives.

But I think there is still possibility to create something special, as this game is special.

Why we could not have a city to meet, or few, talk on-line and got to few dungeons only or have some other quests / mission what we could finish off-line.

I believe if you'll create hard enough, on-line content it will keep 12 years old and other idiots in their wow.

This game is epic that what I can say now. BIOWARE are masters, I love their games - so why do you not believe they could do something other ? I bet they know MMO's and they know what sickness ever game has.

Keep discussing - your points of view are very interesting .

FYI, BioWare is working on an MMO.  "Star Wars: The Old Republic".

DA2 is said might feature multiplayer similar to NWN.

It's possibly untrue.

So would I honestly... I mean, I'll probably try TOR, but since WoW came along, MMOs have lost their appeal to me, because almost every MMO now is jumping on the "Instant gratification" bandwagon, or just simply sucks.

I miss the glory days of EQ (EQ1, EQ2 sucked hardcore), pre-expansions.

Eff, no !

I want more, good SP-RPGs. I'm fed up with that recent mindset that *every* game needs MP.
