I  pre ordered mass effect 2 on steam, downloaded the zaeed, armour/weapons, and normandy crashsite through cerberus network. Played through 3 times with different shepard careers. No problems whatsoever. After 3 months or so I start mass effect 2 and cant log into the cerberus network, when i try it asks for "name of parent or guardian's email" and no matter what you put in there nothing happens, so I re log into my ea online account, re-activate it. (read it was a fix for problem) Then once logged in i redeem promo, cerberus codes in game. BUT-
   
 When I restart game I get:
                                   " Unable to authorise the listed dlc. Please log into cerberus network with the account used to purchase zaeed,cerberus weapons and armour, normandy crash site"     -No save games will load.

     When i try to log into cerberus network with correct account it asks for cerberus code-  I enter mine, I then get message   "code already in use"     ??????


  I have no idea what to do now to try and fix this, any help is very much appreciated, thank you.

thanks for that, it may fix my problem, however I think that mine is more related to the log in information, as in, it seems when i re logged in that i somehow created "another account" or at least confused the accounts. If I could erase what I did today(in terms of re -logging into account) I might be okay.


 WELL TRIED THE FIX,  and it worked, awesome- thankyou for that.

Turn off auto login on connect in options, restart the game then click on connect, should allow you to enter different account details.
