YesB), rainbow islands, I've looked for just the song of the U.S. NES version though (the one I played), but I can't find someone who uploaded the song itself.
All I found was this.

Normally there are no spaces. I just did that so it would show up in my post.

Wow, that's a big difference. Loved the game, even though I really sucked at it.
Pinball Illusions (Partyland)
Waxworks (such a cruel game, I never dared to play it myself haha)
The New Zealand Story
And, NSFW, I can't believe my parents let me play this when I was a kid. LOL.

Guardian Heroes - Toki Meki Saxophone
Guardian Heroes - Roundabout
Guardian Heroes - Bolero of Finale
Most of GH's soundtrack was pretty awesome, those three are my personal favourites.
Seagloom already got at least half of the ones I would have named off the top of my head

Pharaoh
My first game ever. Still sends chills down my spine.
Diablo
Gaming classic right here. I remember playing a demo with a friend when I was 7-8. It all climaxed with a terrifying encounter with the Butcher. This game still scares me.
Warcraft 3: Reign of Chaos
Really, I could list all the tracks down here as any will suffice.
Am I starting to look like a Blizzard fanboy yet?
0.37 to 2.22: Words can't describe it.
I'm really not a fanboy (okay maybe a little!)
The whole track is outstanding but the theme shines during 2.54 to 4.24.
What made Wrath of the Lich King great
Maybe I'm a softie but I felt very sad when I heard this for the first time
The best part begins at 1.58. (If you liked that, just search for "Grizzly Hills music" -- there are beautiful variations on this theme)
Man I just want to play this game now! Civ3
Favourite theme out of Civ3
Okay I'm done. For now.
I think a lot of the DAO music will one day end up here when I'm feeble and old ;3

Rob Hubbard was THE name of the C64 game music, as I recall. He sort of stretched the limits of what a C64 could do with sound. I still remember me and my friends being really impressed by the theme from "Nemesis the Warlock"
Here's "Commando", C64, another of Hubbard's works, all the way back in 1985.
This also brings back memories... after all, who you gonna call? link

Oh man, I was thinking at first, reading that, that you must be pretty new to gaming. Then I realized that Pharaoh came out in 1999. More than a decade ago. Seems like yesterday.
Suddenly I'm feeling old.

It does, doesn't it?
I should have worded that better though, it was the first game i really played with emotional attachment tacked on. Before that it had been demos of Doom (Not really a shooter guy although they're fun now and then) and ofc i'd beat all the disney titles
either way, i'm a lot younger compared to the more experienced people here
as for the game itself.. plays like it was yesterday.

I know what you mean - When I saw people posting Morrowind themes, my first thought was - "But it's a new game, why.." and than it hit me - 2002 was 8 years agoSwordfishtrombone wrote...

Arcanum (2001) – Boy, how I love String Quartets
Arcanum: Main Theme
Arcanum: Tulla
Arcanum: Vendigroth Wastes
As a practicing amateur classical cellist, I am still thinking about writing the composer and asking for the scores…
Arcanum - In Memoriam
