I am on Ferros, and completed the very first mission. I killed all the geth in the tower, my journal says go back and talk to fai dan. However Fai Dan and teh woman he was with just stand there, no blue square to allow me to interact.
Any ideas?
If this is a bug and I cannot change it, does it mean that I need to reload the last save game before I killed all the geth and try again (that is a good bit back)? Or can I move on anyway?

I went back to an earlier save. Worked that time. Must be a bug, someone mentioned it before on the old forums.

Yeah, that's happened to me once before. Basically a script failed to fire that tells the quest that you've defeated all the geth. Only thing you can do is reload an earlier save.
