Does anyone know where/when/how you get this armor, the one Bhelen is wearing in this screenshot? I got it somehow on my first playthrough (as a warrior) but I tried to find it my last playthrough and I couldn't find it. I seem to recall Oghren was wearing it and I got it from him when I recruited him, but he is wearing red steel chainmail now...did that change with the last patch or something?

It's Dwarven Heavy Armor, the same that Oghren wears. That appears to be silverite (tier 6).

Thank you, that's very helpful! I got Oghren closer to the end that first playthrough, apparently his armor scales so I wasn't imagining things lol. Thanks :D

I think the level of your pc determines which tier Oghren's armor is. I know when my pc's were around lvl 14-15, he wore red steel.

Ooh good to know. I know it's probably not the greatest set of armor but I love the look of it. It would look sexy on Alistair *ahem* >.>

yea it does. IA has a similar colored armor worn by Teryna Cousland in the HN Origin that is "anybody": can use and it DOES look good on Alistair

that armor is from Improved Atmosphere

http://www.dragonage...file.php?id=577

Just unzip and drop in your override folder (I think its the Override) Instructions are on the description page.  Its Mama Cousland's armor from the HN Origin (I think its like teir 2 or 3 so he can wear it as soon as you get him in Ostagar).  And I used it till he got the Templar stuff from the Circle.

IA adds a LOT to the game items, money etc.  I love it.

Isn't that the one that makes the guards remember to actually rob the DN? Because that would really suck, even if it is more realistic.

Wow that mod really adds a lot of stuff...will have to look at it more closely.

Also yes Alistair would be hot in just about anything, up to and including bin liners and potato sacks. >.>

Didn't happen to me but maybe I didn't trigger the scene when i did my L Aeducan run?

I have IA as well. IT didn't happen to my latest DN either. Have you gotten the Paragon Armor set yet? It's really nice. The sword is nearly as good as Starfang, but it is invisible for some reason.

I'm scared to try IA. I don't want to mess with the game too much.

]Paragon armor is WICKED awesome looking!  and the sword wasn't invisible for me.

you can see the hilt of the blade in this shot on my PC's back and the gown on Morrigan is one of the items in IA

PC is in Diligence (or maybe her father's ceremonial armor not sure, this was right after Landsmeet)

Ooo. Where'd you get the gown! That's Sweet! Are you also using Dragon Age Redesigned Version6-9? This one finally gave me a Zevran that doesn't look like my mother.

The morrigan is something my daughter's friend put on my PC (I know Leliana and she are in a combined Download here on the projects board). She has sort of become set for me in this cause Its what I am used to since almost I began playing.

The gown is from IA. You find it in the Haven Chantry in a chest in the side room. it actually has decent (non overpowered) stats for the game. And Morrigan looks lovely in it. I haven't tried DA redesigned. IA's Zev isn't bad but using Serissia's mods in my game now for a lot of my NPCs

Any pictures of this Paragon armor? I'd like to see it.

I'll have to check into this mod. If it doesn't muck around with Redesigned, it could be very cool.

Oh those scenes are from IA's camp which adds a couple tents and some livestock (non interactive) to the camp. NPCs will randomly sit/lay down on bedrolls too. Sten gets his own little tent (far right in the top pic). The NPC modeling the Paragon armor is from Return to Korcari Wilds, a nice fun little fan made mod. If you can overlook some of the language issues (the designers do not speak English as a first language) its really very well done technically (and story wise). I tried it first on this PC pictured. As far as I know that particular mod plays well with a lot of others (including IA).

Also if you like the "Heavy Armor" skin, you may want to look into this set Al is wearing, something else he fits in at Ostagar. This scene always makes me giggle cause 1) I love Morrigan 2) My PC epic fails at looking intimidating and 3) Alistair looks like he's bird watching.
