I don't care for bugs. Or glitches.
I just want to get rid of these f****** helmets! Having the Collectors Edition and can't use them because I don't see my characters face anymore. Why customize his face in the first place after all, when you can't see it afterwards?

Please Bioware, give us the Toggle Helmet Button!

They have made already clear that TOGGLE HELMET BUTTON is not a patch issue but needs effectively a total remake of the said DLC armors. And since the whole armor issue has degenerated into a catwalk fashion show for most of the squad mates anyway the whole issue seems unpatchable to me, anyway.

Partly true. But I dont consider having miranda in an actualy armor a fashion desire...more of a .....common sense desire :P

tight leather or w/e she is wearing, on top of high heels is not very ....smart for engineered human to take into a fight..... or Jack's Gaulish or Briton war tattoos, believing them to provide protection from harmful forces :P.

Very true, I have found out that each Armour Pack is modeled as a complete/whole piece, in other words the helmet is part of the torso, arms and legs, it's just one big piece. so you can't take the helmet off.

Also, what is the est. timeline on a PC patch?

Then they can patch it by having you ware the casual clothes from the normandy when walking around citys & keep the armor for combat levels:wizard:

To make it so you can wear casual clothes while in cities, you would need to re-write some of the lines in the Coalesced.ini using the Mass Effect 2 Coalesced Compiler or Mass Effect 2 Coalesced Editor, but doing this will make it very complicated, doing this you will have to change into casual clothes, then go back to the ship to change into combat gear for a mission, awkard... see now? I'm sure BioWare could make a patch. But I wouldn't hold my breath.  I've done some work with Commercial Unreal Development Kit (UDK) and I have a good idea how most of these things work. Unfortunally...

For 360 users, get an end-game wearing DLC Armor, then save and leave. Delete the Armor from your DLC list and Start a new game using the ME2 Char importer.



It worked for me, running through an entire level before I wanted my Armor back, although in Casual Armor (lol) it counts as whatever you had for N7, or the basic N7 gettup.



Only did it once, it was an accident. As for Helmet Toggle, it's not a glitch, thus unless Bioware feels it necessary to put it in, they will. I wouldn't care, I always wear helmets, I love my Sentinel's Collector Armor, and I love watching the Vocal community cry.

Hmm. You might want to take a look at the screenshots in the following thread: http://social.biowar...43753/3#2300281 (so maybe, just maybe BioWare will add an option to not wear a helmet, like with the N7 armour)

As for the PC patch, no release date has been anounced yet, but then again, there wasn't one for the 360 patch either...

I'll tell you what I'd really like them to do. Make it so when you "retrain powers"...it retrains your team too. Not like it's hard to distribute points, and it would help you get what you want most from your team.

I think that was fixed already.....if not then nvm, Mine started working since.....the equlizer dlc became available.

It's not fixed. The composer, biggiantcircles I think, put the music on the footage and uploaded the video to YouTube and that's about it.

I just want the squad ammo patch (on the PC) ASAP. Trying to use my squad incendiary ammo against organic targets with armor and NO shields. Zaeed insists we all use his squad disruptor ammo. I'm going back to his loyalty mission just to see if there's an option to kill his @#$%ing ass. I'll save just before it and kill him once for every single @#$%ing damn time he's forced us all to use disruptor ammo when its not @#$%ing called for.

Maybe twice each...

its not smaller but its still to small i mean have to lean forward to be able to read sometimes so i hope for another patch for the text issue.

It's not an issue. You need a really good HD TV. HD letters can tend to seem small, or somewhat distorted on anything less than 720p - 1080p. When I played on a decent TV I had no trouble reading it...but on my shoddy TV I can barely make them out unless I squint. lol

My bad then, Ever since I got the equlizer pack, the sound bug on Samara Morinth little biotic showdown with floatating furniture seemed to be gone.

Wait, is there a sound issue I don't know about? I'm talking about the missing music.

This is the fix.

The problem I'm having is the sound completely cuts out if using a female character during the cutscene where all the furnature is flying around.
