I've tried multiple times for a while to use them and am unable to. I read somewhere that lots of people have this issues and the codes would not expire on the expiration dates listed. The problem being I still can't use them, I redeemed the codes on this website and they show they are registered, but the game won't recognize either code when I put them in. Is there a fix for this yet?

I have the same problem, but only with the Fury of Shale. I recieved my game yesterday and I went to this website to register the Blood armor, which went without a problem. Then later, when I arrived at home, I patched the game to 1.2 and I went to the downloadable content page, where I downloaded the Blood armor. I then tried to use the Fury of Shale code, which told me that the code was incorrect ... I tried it a couple of times more, not using or using capital letters, using and not using the - in between, but to no avail. Then later I tried to use the code on this website, and it told me the code was already used ... HELP!

This is a known issue. For me the fix was purchasing the Feastday Combo Pack and my DLC was back. This has been the anecdotal experience for many people fwiiw ...

I am afraid that my problem is just a bit different, since I could redeem and both download the Blood armor ... but I could not even redeem the Fury of Shale code.

You said you redeemed the code on the website and now the game wont recognise the code.
The game wont recognise the codes now because you have already redeemed them on the website.
If they are not showing in game then maybe your PSN iD is not registered to the same EA ID as this website.
Go to the EA website and log in using the same log in details you use for this website. Then check if your PSN ID is registered. It should be under the personas section of your profile.
If it is not registered then try registering it. If it wont register then your PSN ID will already be registered to a different EA ID. If that is the case you will have to contact EA to get the PSN ID linked to the same EA account you use for this website.
