woot i started a brand new mage origin campaign and just ran thru the fade really fast with no issues

So I got the patch...yay...but still no DLC(not only no free DLC(Bound in Stone, etc), no DLC at all).

As for me I don't care much if the game still freezes or not as long as I still can't get any DLC.

EDIT:
Just wanted to add that the EA customer support site is not working properly. You cannot create any questions. Nice move...

hehe i really putting this patch to the test. my new mage is running around thru the tower really fast just doing things and so far all good. im soo happy i can play again

Aargh going to throw this to the bin... So nope the patch didnt fix the freezing.. Allways freezes when i try to finish flemeth hut After the ostagar fight. Im pissed off now

Well, that's good and that's messed up. The reason for the good is that I will finally play Dragon Age with no crashes but the bad is that I have already purchased my free add-ons when the game wouldn't give me Shayle or the Armor. Now what? I was waiting on a reply from the supervisors but no e-mail came, so I said, "forget it" and purchased the content. A total messed up situation  man...

What about the problem that one person reported in another thread?



He said Frostback Mountain won't load after patching? Can anyone confirm that this area works as well? Would be bad if the general freezing was gone, but therefor you cannot get to certain places.

So the darkspawn trophy patch, does that fix it to where if we already have over the required 1000 darkspawn kills for the blight queller trophy does it just unlock or do we need to get a few more kills for it to unlock? Or do we actually have to start a new game and delete all our current saves and completely start over?

Hey guys if yous still having problems with 1000 darkspawn trophy i recommend reinstalling your dao game including dlc's but keep your game saves then reload your old save point and kill something and you should get it. i'm telling yous this because i have done it and got the trophy

Ok thanks I will try this later so far since the patch I reloaded an older save before the landsmeet and have been playing that since there are so many darkspawn and still haven't gotten it so i guess I will have to reinstall.  Thanks

Ok be honest is anyone still experiencing freezes? Game's running good at the moment for me been on it for 3 hours nearly but I am seeing loads of people saying the game still crashes

The darkspawn kills trophies still aren't updating!!!!!!!! this is getting annoying.



My character has around 800 darkspawn kills, I've killed multiple darkspawn since the update and got nothing. I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalled.



Has anyone actually got an update on this?

OK I tries DOA again this morning and it froze within 2 mins 3 times!! For whatever reason, the patch has not worked for me. I'm right at the end of the game, in Denirim fighting the Darkspawn to get to the Arch demon.



My house mate even rung up the helpline yesterday to see if there was anything else we could do but no such luck. I would really like to complete this game I've spent time and money on. Any help would be much appreciated.
