Posted this in a couple of threads, but this new patch has actually corrupted my Stone Prisoner and Blood Armor DLC, and being 1-time downloads, about 10 of my characters can no longer be loaded to play grrr.

Next time, please put ALL DLC ON THE PS STORE, even promo codes.

Still cant get past the 'checking saved data' screen on my awakining disc. I am seriously pissed. I know its not Biowares fault, but I paid $400 so I could have a PS3, DAO and DAOA. This is so lame. I feel so ripped off. Worst $400 Ive ever spent.

Viglin go to the playstation store and then go to your downloads (one of the small icons on the top right of the screen) you can re-download anything you've ever downloaded before, from that list

Except the Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner which were free, one time only download codes thru EA's site, not the Ps Store.

Go to playstation network -> account management ->transaction management->download list. Anything you've ever downloaded whether free or paid is on there.

I wonder are there more of you that still are unable to download the DLC from redeemed Codes? I for one still cannot see any DLC ingame(even tho the EA Custromer support told me that the codes were succesfully redeemed).

I sure hope that BioWare fixes this DLC mess. What good is is if I can play without freezes(which I luckily can) if I cannot get any DLC?

To get your DLC you need the following.

To improve your chances of your DLC working make sure your PSN account and EA/Bioware account have to have the same username and email address. From there make sure your EA account has your DAO, DAOA, and DLC codes all registered online. If the codes are not being registred on EA they will not be available for download on PSN.

Once all of this is fixed/correct log into your PSN account, start DAO or DAOA. From there log into your EA/Bioware account on DAO/DAOA. From there go into the download section and see what is considered purchased, etc... Download any item listed there that is not already downloaded.

One thing I learned as a programmer is that even if your program is 100% perfect a user will still find it fault. Meaning most errors users run into are user errors and not system errors.

I can understand some frustration on a lack of proper programming when porting over to the PS3 but as for the DLC content and being able to download it; that is user error and not the developer.

I have to say one more thing; if you are trying to download any of this from a dial up connection, though I don't know how or why, it most likely won't work.

Everything...except the Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner.
Thank you both for your advice, but lve downloaded over 350 items in a 2 year period, have redownloaded when files have become corrupted, and have shared some with my sons Ps3, and thus know exactly how the Download List works.

Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner are not on the list, everything else is, from bought items[Wardens Keep etc], free items[The Edge etc] to items won playing DA Journeys[1 of which l had to redownload, Emberis Many Pockets[sp?, which was the third dlc to get corrupted with this patch]]. I may just take a screenshot if need be.
Im guessing this would be the reason why theres a month old thread in the Ps3 tech section about Missing Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner.

My guess is, because these were 1 time, time limited codes, that once used your basically screwed.
I tried reentering the codes;
-Blood Armor on Ea Account Site =this code had been used already
-Stone Prisoner on Redeem Codes Ps=invalid code

Next time Devs, please have Promo codes connected directly to the Ps Store

Wow, how could we poor stupid customers have missed having to assign our information THREE TIMES....THEN HAVING TO LOG INTO THREE DIFFERENT AREAS.

Oh, l bought DAOA as a download, and it has no code....as most dlc doesnt have codes to register them.
Oh, and just in case it wasnt obvious, all my information is correct, and still Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner[except to buy] does not show on the Ps Download List or the ingame main menu DAO Download List.

One thing lve learnt being a customer for 30 years, people make things way too complicated.....or developers screw up.

I had that problem too - kind of.  If someone played a different game since I last played DAO, I just turn on the system, load the game, and then go do something else for 5 minutes.  It's always gone to the game eventually.

Your point of view as a programmer is one that a programmer should not have, no offence here. You allways have to test your software for the worst, meaning a destructive user. Sure there are some constelations that you can in no way foresee, but preventing close to all errors(even those that theoretically could never happen) is the right way.

That aside no tip on how to get your DLC to work is working for me. Sure you can call me to dumb to get it right, but I doubt that that is the reason. Besides the EA Customer Support already told me that there is still a problem with DLC not showing up.

Guess the game stays shelved till the next patch comes out. Which I hope will be soon.

No, i think you just messed up somewhere

I used promo codes (1 time codes) and i couldnt find them in my download list...why? because they were in a different profile's download list...but anything you download will be on your PSN download list, no matter what.

All my downloads are connected to my Master Account.

As the poster above stated, there are still problems and i'll wait for the patch to the patch.

Started to play dragon age, updated the patch to 1.02, log on to main screen and all of my save files and dlc have been corrupted. ****** as hell 59 percent complete all down the drain in a matter of secs. Had to delete all of my saves and dlc and game files and redownload everything all of again. Was playing as and Elf, now playing as a dwarf. If it freezes or the save file is mess up again Im trading it and never buying another bioware game ever again. PS btw ALL OF MY 70 PLUS GAMES WORK FINE. 5 MONTHS DOWN THE DRAIN ALL FOR NOTHING. THEY SURE AS HELL CAN'T MAKE GAMES LIKE THEY USE TOO!!!!!!!!! GLITCHTY AND FULL OF BUGS.:(

You should be using patch 1.03 and not 1.02 any more.

I believe the next patch is going to fix those issues; though the PS3 players seem to be waiting like RtO for this update.

Well, the Darkspawn Kills are kinda saved in the GAMEDATA thats why it resets every time with a patch.
However, ive got Platinum last week. Its important to kill the darkspawns by your created Hero.

A good way is:

Load the Final Battle at the Alien Village, and beat the **** out of the Darkspawns. Dont save, just reload you Save before the Ogre breaks thru and do it in one session till it blings.

Its easy.

This patch will fix the recent crashing that was caused by the upgrade to the 3.3 firmware update. It will also fix the in-game DLC store to show free DLC content redeemed with promo codes and it will also fix the bug with darkspawn trophies. So again this patch will fix:

* Crashing caused by the 3.3 firmware update

* Missing free DLC content in the in-game store

* Darkspawn trophies

This patch of which date is?

When this patch for PS3??
From statistics I've killed more than 1000 darkspawn but Blight Queller (Domatore del Flagello) trophy is locking, (maybe my english isn't perfect...), I search on web but on PS3 I can't delete saves and restart, I could lost them forever!
