 Good to go? I think not. While I agree the PS3 version needed (and still needs it seems) a good patch the fact is ALL console users are in need of a new patch. The Save Corruption bug for 360 is terrible and sorely needs to be fixed.

The dex bug? Would be a nice fix but **** it, we can deal with it. Just fix the Save Corruption and a few of the major issues from Awakening and I would be a happy man. Do the same for equivalent bugs on PS3 and I think most of us console users would be extremely happy.

I downloaded the new patch and recieved all the dlc I purchased but the game still froze after about an hour of gameplay.

For slow download problems/crashes, make sure you have the Media Server disabled.

pretty lame from bioware waht is going on here:

since months they know awakenings NEEDS to be patched due to serious bugs and the only thing they care about is miling customers more y putting out a new DLC.

this DLC should be free to awakening customers for waiting for a patch that makes the expansion enjoyable and not a bugfest.

i am seriously pissed at EA / bioware. next DA title i will buy not at release, but weeks / months later, when there are already patches out, and when it is cheaper.

i hope others will do the same, to show companies like these that customers have powers too...

I think a lot of us will refrain from spending any more money on DLC.  They need to get the rest fixed first..

I wish I was in the same boat as you paxm. I crashed trying out the new DLC several times. It tends to only happen after the game has been running for 30 minutes or longer. I do not know why though :/

I just got to the new expansion, but I guess I will be waiting for the news to reach me when it does get patched before I finish it.

Just happy I was able to finish the last boss fight in the original with the system only freezing up once on it (doesn't matter though, was going to have to reload anyways from my party somehow getting annihilated :/ )

Well, l cant load any of my old saves, because both Sone Prisoner and Blood Armor are not regonized...and instead of being on the PS store for download[lm not paying $16 dollars for something l got as a free bonus, and Blood Armor isnt there anyway], being one-time/time limited bonuses, l cant reinstall them.



This Patch needs to be patched.

Downloaded the patch and am having problems with my DLC; After the 2nd attempt to download the patch it worked but it reset all of my DLC. Could re-download my promotional DLC (The Edge, Blood Armor and Stone Prisoner) but could not re-download and install PSN purchased DLC (Warden's keep, Return to Ostagar and Darkspawn Chronicles).



Tried to explain all of this to EA support and didn't get any real help :*-(

You "show" companies by not buying any of their products at all, not by waiting a few weeks and then buying them.

that community who where so kind to fix things for the win commutity as well are no longer

The way it is, the  windows pc community also eagerly waits for a patch.

Downloaded DA:A from the PSN store recently. I wish I hadn't f@*!%&$ bothered and had read message board after message board moaning about all the bugs in this DLC. What a pile of carp. I will NEVER buy a Bioware game ever again as long as Iive. You've ripped me off and I want my money back DA:A is not fit for purpose because its unplayable, it freezes if I so much as look at it. I want a refund!!!
