So a while ago when those nice lithographs of the Illusive Man, Citadel, etc came out; I bought a pair of the N7/SR2 stickers along with my lithos.
Well when the package came, everything came through except the stickers. So I waited a bit, thought maybe for some silly reason they had been shipped in a different method, but they never came. So I emailed the BioWare store, and through a bit of communication, they were shipped out to me no issue. The way the whole situation was handled was awesome, the people at BW actually cared enough to keep in contact until the stickers were reshipped (All this fuss over stickers!).
BioWare, thanks again. You've really made a fan's day.

Don't worry about the lack of response...Jed Seigle and his staff still love you and appreciate you...and I'm sure he will use your testimony in the most respective manner when delegating with his superiors for a pay raise.
