darkspawn longsword model is it? guess I could've seen that coming. not a bad model, but I'm used to seeing it and thinking "woo, half a point of armor pen and less dex, yeah...".



seems like the only "bugs" are lag and the already known CTD's. I guess I'll pick it up then.

Yeah it's pretty cool in my opinion since it always has that green glow effect because it's permanently envenomed.

I personally like the acidic coating (I think) effect on weapons. what I don't like is that said effect and the weapon enchants and such screw with dialogues with their glow-y-ness.

Noticed the same thing on xbox360. Sometimes the hits have a few second delay before they register. Also can happen when using a spell, the battle goes on and about 5 seconds later the spell goes off..
It isn't slow down or anything 'cause the battle goes on like normal but it just doesn't register right away. I don't think it's that big a deal but it's weird.. Image IPB

in the hurlock vanguard's character sheet there is a gray box underneath "darkpawn" race box... i'm on a PC and i have a tonne of mods installed together with all the DAA and all the DLCs...

After my ogre gets"ogrenapped" and I free him from behind the gate his approval got set to 1 where it was 100 before.

For me hits and thrall ability dont register for a while. Also on my 2nd playthrough on it alliaster wouldnt die so i kept chopping his head off. Then the game froze?!!

Also TM its a diffrent orge :D

Nah, that one starts with 0 approval, of course, but the ogre you have to keep alive through the campaign is set back to 1 whereas he was at 100 before. Not a big problem since you get the Enthralling achievement anyway but all his nice boni are gone.

Are you (and your party) killing them or are NPC killing them?

Bann Teagan and his returne do not seem to be spawning.in the market place. I've killed everything else in there and the only item that I can use at this point is the balista. Not doing much good though as it's immobile and there and no scripted events are triggering in the area.

Disabling all non bioware mods seems to have fixed this for me. Fun little story.

I just finished playing Darkspawn Chronicles after downloading it a while back (never had the chance to play it until tonight).



Other than the lagging with attacks, the one major bug I saw was the Ogre's Keeper achievement not unlocking, despite double-checking to make sure it was the same Ogre I brought on throughout and kept alive (and I know it was the same Ogre because he was at full approval after the part where he's separated in the Palace assault)

I've just downloaded Darkspawn Chronicles, all goes well until I have to kill Bann Teagan but he's nowhere to be found, i've searched the whole of Denerim killed a lot of guards and mabari in the process but still no Teagan....HELP

Bann Teagan is on of the Arl of Redcliffe's Estate porch,if he doesn`t appear there, maybe it`s some kind of bug.

Stuck in the alienage, no matter if I firebomb or use the fireball spell I can't break down the gate, it just won't register. Anyone ever encountered this problem?

Yes.. I cant get past the damn alienage barrels. iv spammed fire on it and the gate. restarted 2 times and same thing. cant get past it.

The fix "Fix - No Stealth Drop on Friendly Spells", part of the package Dragon Age Rules Fixpack (http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=1601) will cause the barrels on the entrance to the Alienage not to burst into flames and explode. This can be solved by temporarily removing that fix from the override folder

Thank you for this. I just got around to playing this DLC tonight and was having the same problem. This fix worked like a charm.
