I actually got pulled over a week ago for something completely mundane i.e. not looking old enough to drive. I'd already had it planned in my head to do it at least once if I ever got tagged, but when it actually happened, I couldn't stop laughing. I go through the routine of course, giggling the whole time. He told me why he'd pulled me over for reason above. I stopped hm mid-shpeel and went, "I'm sorry I have to do this... 'You humans are all racist." My sister was sitting next to me and she busted out laughing. When we settled down the cop was smiling and said, "Oh, I see, ME2. Well at least I'm not C-Sec." Grinned and walked away.

Reminds me of the poster here who took part in some kind of Model UN or something to that effect, and jumped up to yell "Ah yes, 'Reapers'" when another person said "You don't get to make demands of the Council!"

Would have jumped up and yelled "This is an outrage!" myself.

I've never had anyone get my pop culture references when I try them out in the real world.
