As the title says, they are messed up. To give an example my Mage apparently started off with getting about 6 achievements (Including the Origin completion) prior to achieving level 1. This is likely to do with the fact that I had made 3 Mages prior to that one under the same name, which I all deleted and restarted (Some messing around with skills).

But not only that, but certain story elements are simply and plain wrong. *Spoilers*
To get to the Redcliffe storyline, I have titled such as  "She gave her life to free Connor from demonic influence." and "He was freed from the demon's power at a terrible price: the cost of his..." this is wrong. I specifically went to the mage circle so that I did not have to sacrifice anyone, and got through the questline without any casualties. His mother did not die.

Just thought I'd mention this, but the storyline part of the character profiles are royally messed up.

(Now we're on the subjects, Skills too are messed up. If you look again at my mage, he has entropy skills... he does not. My previous mages had, perhaps... But he does not. He currently solely has creation skills. And also, Glyph of Paralysis falls under Entropy (And also Creation).)

I have a similar problem. Actually I first had Jowan do the ritual, but then decided against it and used an earlier save-game and went for the circle. Sometimes it is my play-style to briefly try out a decision and then go for an alternative. I know it is inconsequent role-play, but then again... it is a game and my character's story. Alas, once a decision is made the online-version of the story doesn't update to the actual events in my most current game. I wonder if that means, that if my character can be imported to a sequel the original decision counts. Even in my quest-log (codex) the information concerning Isolde still sais she gave her life... but in my preferred game choice she is alive. Can this be fixed, please?

I sure hope this will not have any impact on further DLC or such. Luckily what I mentioned above seems to be the only flaw thus far and in-game they do respond normally to it.

I hope it doesn't cause any trouble, when the sequel of DA comes out and I import the character...

I think that's an inherent problem in the game. I was totally offline (and playing on my X360) for that, and did that whole quest the harder, non-sacrificial way---and it still says it happened! (in the game itself) I think they either forgot to write a codex for that version, or they forgot to tag it right or something.

There are definitely problems with the story feed - I also have the problem with Redcliffe although I *never* explored that option at all, I went directly to the mages route... and I have also noticed the following appear in the story feed here although they don't appear to be in the Codex:

***** Minor Spoilers *****
"Killed <important person>" at 6:31:12 which must have been quite a feat seeing as that is about the time when I arrived at Lothering after Ostagar (have only just figured out who this is as I've arrived at Denerim)...

"<somebody's> Execution" at 34:49:29 - not reading the description as I don't want to potentially "spoil" the story any further!!
*****
I am really hoping that this won't effect either of those quests/storylines...

I really wanna know what's up with characters' stories. I have about 17 hours and it still says On Alistair.
