Hello everbody.

I want to be a writer.

I want to get better at writing as well so I thought I could combine my passion (or should i say obsession) for playing games, with my drive to become a writer.

I want to work on any mod doing anything remotely relating to writing i.e. diagloge, side quests, main quests, journal entries, sword and armor desciptions, etc. No mod is too small, no mod is too big(up to a point, if you want me to quit my life for your mod, I may have to draw the line), I don't mind if the mod is something only you will play or it's a brief desciption of a rock ( it's round, grey and on the ground) or a shakespearian monologe. If you want my help I'm willing to give it to you!

Eventually I want to make my own mod but I want the experience of working with others in mod creation and writing for games before i take this on.

So you see, this can help you while it's helping me. WIN! WIN!

There are mods on this forum where you can find people trying to find writers, though I suppose its rare to someone to ask you to do something, you have to show you are willing, and contact project leaders and stuff...

Thanks for the advice.

I know it looks like I'm being lazy and waiting for people to contact me but that's not the case! I swear! I am contacting project leaders looking for writers, this is just a way to increase my chances to help out.

I know I don't have the reputation to advertise myself like this because I come out of nowhere saying i can do all this writing for everone but nobody knows me. Oh well, It can't hurt

My skills with the toolset aren't very good at the moment so I don't think I would be able to help you with level building. I am trying to improve my skills in it (it could be a while though...).  If you still need a writer when you do get it up and going, feel free to get in contact with me!
