I have yet to start on my premium quests but after the credits, the game returns me back to the main menu? What the hell?
How to keep playing after completeing the game?

I just found out that A save has been created for you. It only allows you to play DLC's, though. If you missed any sub-quests in the original game, you can't play through them from there.
