Hello!

I've just redeemed 2 bioware points cards (1600 points each) in order to purchase some DLC for my bioware games. So I bought the following stuff for mass effect 2:
1. The Kasumi add-on - 560 BW points
2. Alt appearance pack - 160 BW points
3. Equalizer pack - 160 BW points
total: 880 BW points.
So if my maths skills are right I should have 2320 BW points left (1600*2 - 880). But instead of that right now i've got only 1760 BW points. The purchase history log shows that I purchased The Kasumi - Stolen Memory add-on 2 times. But I assure you I didn't have any intentions to buy the same DLC 2 times)) There is no sense in that!) Perhaps this problem was caused by a glitch in the site or even my internet browser, i actually don't know. But I kindly ask you to return my accidently spent 560 BW points.

I think you would have better luck emailing EA with your problem, instead of posting it on the forum.

Looks like (you/they) somehow (ordered/charged) the Kasumi thing twice. But yeah with chilztri you will probably get the help you need by contacting EA customer support directly.

They did that to me as well. Went to customer support, submitted email, had to answer the same handfull of questions 3x's because the person handling it was to idiotic to read it the first 2 times, then swore a blue streak at him because he couldn't get it through his fat head that I used POINTS and not a credit card. You'll get them back in about a week.



And for me, the confirm purchase screen actually showed the item I was trying to get (which was only 160 pts), but the congradulations, content unlocked screen showed the Kasumi dlc and my point history page showed me charged for hte Kasumi dlc.
