 Hi there,

ive purchased the new DLC today and started downloading. After a few seconds both extra items where downloaded and installed but the main module didnt even start. Its stuck at 0% and says something about an download error according to my gameversion. But i do have installed patch 1.03 which the configurator confirms. Also all other DLCs did install without any problems. 

I already tried the repair->reset download cache option. 
Nothing changed. Everytime i press on "retry" it sends me to a not working webpage for assistance. 

Is there any wise advice?

OK, you can try manually clearing the cache.  It's in C:\\ProgramData\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data

You can also manually install the DLC.  Use these links:

i was able to download it but when i go to main menu i cant click on the other campaign option. its not high lighted. please help asap!!!!!!

Korahan. the same exact thing happened to me. im trying to delete the cache but it looks like i only got rid of the two blightblood ones and not the one that wont download... i guess i just got ripped off 5 dollars.

I am having this same problem, I can't remove the main file from my cache because it isn't downloaded, is there any way to solve this?


EDIT: Wow, that's really weird. Nothing I tried worked at all, so I took a short break from searching for answers. When I started DAO again, Darkspawn Chronicles decided it felt like downloading.

I've lost all of my DLC while following an EA support guys instructions- and then, of course, literally NOTHING is listed after I login in game. I have the Digital Deluxe Edition, Pre-order bonus from Steam, Awakening, and Darkspawn Chronicles, and nothing shows up in game.

It's the 20th, and my ticket with EA went in on the 11th, no response (though it says it was updated yesterday, the 19th).

Before I cleared the cache, the game was listing most of my DLC as 'unauthorized,' and was listing a few things as needing to be purchased (again???). Thing is, I know I'm connecting, because it lists my EA points that are change from other transactions in real-time.

EA/Bioware just appears to have taken away everything I've purchased outside of the bare DA:O, and doesn't want to give it back.The best part is that all of the above DLC items for DA:O/A and Mass Effect 2 are listed here in my 'registered game promotions,' and the Mass Effect 2 stuff works great.

Ok if you are still having problems with the Darkspawn Chronicles DLC try this method it worked for me. First clear your long on the daupdater then reinstall the DLC of Darkspawn Chronicles after that is done when you log into your EA account in the game you will notice it still does not work so then log out and log into another account (just make a dummy account) then you will notice everything is unauthorized so then log back into your account and it should work =) worked for me so hope yours does the same,

every time i click to buy darkspawn chronicles it tell me it cant and to try again later. i have enough bioware points but no matter what it keeps telling me the same thing. any ideas?

I have 421 bioware points but it dos not want to buy or downlode the darkspawn ch ??????
