Give the Cong the RPG-7 and the AK, I believe it would be a VC victory.
But, if you took SS toe-to-toe with the VC, the SS would win because of their anti-guerrilla training

PS: I rooted for the VC, due to my utter hatred to ****s, and I kind of a socialist, so....
 

As a WW2 fanatic with a father who lost firends in Vietnam I was pulling for the SS. They realy should've used the MP 44, the AK, the Panzerschreck and the RPG 2

The reinactments even had K98s in them because they picked too few weapons

it should have been more like the Spetznaz vs GB fight

Long Range- K98 or G 43 vs Type 53 or Moisin Nagant
Mid Range- Stg 44 vs AK 47
Short Range- MP 40 vs MAT 49
Side Arm- Luger vs TT pistol I can't remember what its called, although the Mauser was cool
CC- SS knife vs Machete
Explosive- Same as show
Special- Same as show

though that's way to many weapons, maybe cut out CC or at worst mid range

EDIT: Get the MG 42 in there somehow, that thing would've raped

I thought you hated Tali?

I don't hate Tali, though I don't like her either (she's one of my least favorite ME characters along with Kasumi).
I hate (and like to annoy) the Tali cultists.

Her romance is well written (much better than any ME1 LI), but she's like your little immature cousin that has a crush on you. Plus her accent is annoying

I don't want to argue characters with you. But I like the accent and generally like her character.

Tali fills a support role even in Shepard's squad, she isn't a one man(woman) army like Shepard and Clarke.

You mean like that little story she tells you in ME1, about hunting down a Geth, separating him from his unit, killing him and cutting out his memory before it fries, which was said to be pretty much almost impossible to do. People really do sell Tali short as far as combat prowess goes.
