Hi there,

is it possible to change game parameters with the Toolset ?
Like Gamespeed ?

Or even does someone know, if there is an .INI file or anything which could be edited with a text or hex editor. If so where is that file ?

I don't think so. But maybe you could change the weapon, spell and talent speeds manually in the according 2DA's...

The question is: Where are they? I saw the 2DA file that had the different damage/etc. stats for the different weapon Base Types, but it did NOT include the weapon speed or if it's 1H or 2H.
