I loaded last auto-save and my save before it, and Alistair had no clothes on, just his weapon..
He wore the Warden's commander armor set, and it wasn't even in his inventory after it crashed. 00
I checked, and all the DLCs I downloaded are ON. What happened? O_O

EDIT: If it matters, I only today downloaded the Darkspawn Chronicles DLC, and it worked fine the last time I activated the game. 0.0
