Ok this morning I was playing Dragon Age and it worked very good!
but after 2 hours when I wanted to play some more, I got an error says :
Error initializing PhysX. Please visit http://www.nvidia.com/physx for updated drivers.

when I chacked my driver for the latest version at NVIDIA Driver Downloads, I got this:

ATI Radeon HD 5800 Series (x2)

Latest Driver Update :
Your PC currently has the latest driver installed for your GPU. No driver update is necessary at this time.

Now what??
I really badly want to play dragon age!!!!
If you are going to say that even if its the latest driver I still need to downlaod and install it , so please give me a like to the download because I dont understand/Dont know what to chosie in NVIDIA Driver Downloads.

I just fixed it,

for me (i use nvidia cards) I simply went to the nvidia.com/physx website, downloaded the software (not the video card drivers) and uninstalled them then reinstalled them.

Game is working like a charm.

Something similar was happening to me with a new install. When trying to launch the game, I got a message that the PhysX System Software failed to initialize. When I tried to install it from the disc I got a message that the installed version was newer than the one I was trying to install, abort. Installing the driver from the link in your post fixed my problem.
