A fresh topic for not getting lost in the 20 other topics about DLC problems, since my problem seems to be another one and I would like some advice on it.
I myself live in Spain and I ordered my version of the game through Amazon.co.uk, so my version of the game would be from the UK and my PSN account / shop is ES.
What happened is the following; I opened my sealed version of the game and I redeemed the code for the Blood Armor without a problem. Later, when I arived home, I patched the game to version 1.2 and I downloaded the Blood Armor (and the Dragon Age Journey DLC) without any problem either. Then I tried to redeem the code I have for the Fury of Shale from the ingame menu (since the little card says to do this ingame) , but here I just got the message that the code was invalid. I tried it several times, entering the code in capitals or not and using the - or not, but to no avail. This morning I tried to enter the code again via the website, and it told me that the code has already been used.
Right now I do not know what to do. The DLC is not among my registered game promotions and I can also still see the DLC in the "Downloadable Content" part in-game, for the price of 15eu.
Can anyone help me? Advice on what to do?
I can supply any information needed on demand.
Screenshots of my game promotions, picture of me (hi!) holding the leaflet with the code, the EAE code that is on the bottom of the leaflet, etc.
Above all I would just want a working code.
