...for about 5 minutes.
I can name 3 major issues of the top of my head which made me switch off the system in annoyance
HUGE Fps lag (there's no problem with my system either,
DAO Origins works fine (aswell as every other gameI have) but Darkspawn
Chronicles = huge fps problems).
Supposed to recruit other
Darkspawn into your party, which you do - despite them following me
around and appearing as party members on my mini-map, they have no party
portraits and thus I am unable to use their abilities myself (which
sort of sucks considering you need to for the quest)
Your
Vanguard won't auto-attack, if you press X on
an enemy he will attack but as soon as they're out of range he will
stand there like a lemon waiting for you to press X again,
although this is minor and doesn't make it unplayable.
But as I said, the FPS lag is most unbearable, the Soldier's who fight you appear randomly in Denerim (For example, they pop up outside a shop) and this causes 1/2 second freezes - MAJORLY annoying.
Anyone else having these problems? Just me?

You've had Darkspawn Chronicles for over a month? Am I missing something here?
Oh and I just attempted to play it again, I cleared the soldiers at the Gates of Denerim and on top of all the FPS lag which made it take extra long, the game proceeded to come to a freeze and I was forced to turn off my system (yet again).
What the hell? I seriously can't be the only one experiencing this, is there no one else? :/

I've seen some lag which is annoying but not bad enough for me to stop playing. No crashes though.
As for recruiting, you can only have max 3 additional party members at one time to control. Controlling all the other darkspawn around you would be a nightmare. Is that what you'd like to do? To get your party together and get control you have to thrall them, is that not working?

I absolutely refuse to pay for another DA dlc(or any BW product period) when BioWare has refused to fix what we already paid for. I know they patched the firmware bug today but awakenings has been out for months and they've done nothing. How long are people supposed to wait to play it? Only thing they work on apartently is new dlc so they can get more money from us. Why not fix what we already bought so that it works the way it;'s supposed to? If more people take a stand like this maybe they'll listen. Very sad for me cause I loved DA despite it's last gen graphics....

to the OP:
the FPS/lag issue has been in DA:O since the beginning, but they've still managed (even after a few patches now) to fix the problem.
