Because I have beaten 2 full character playthroughs in Origins and Awakening loving only Morrigan there names being:

Alanosborn my first every Dragon age run where I made some mistakes and stupid decisions as a warrior without seeing any DLC

To then beating it all again as my character Zeh Spy a super experienced lvl 34 Rogue with an Archivists sash being a saint and beating all DLC.

Alanosborn run I took her with me to Archdemon and said "I will find you Morrigan I swear it."

Zeh Spys run I said "I had hoped you had changed your mind."

Zeh Spys run I made everyone have 100% approval and beat all there personal quests the best way possible.



So what Im getting at is what trigggers or checks this epilogue I want off?

Because for both my Warden Cmmds endings it says he just dissappears? Maybe he doesnt want anyone to know hes going after Morrigan?

You have to have Morrigan still in love and that means don't talk to her after the ritual. At all. Or get a mod that fixes the fact that makes you go back to friendly.

yup why I got an ending with Leliana romance and Zevran romance

Actually  . . .

I did get the Morrigan epilogue on my one play through of Awakening where I had talked to Morrigan after the Dark Ritual. 

Just before the final assault on Denerim when you get the opportunity to tell her you will find her or a bunch o f other mushy stuff, I chose something to the effect of, "Well then let me thank you now for all you've done."  It was a response that implied I still loved her but I was going to respect her wishes and not follow.

Then, at Alistair's coronation, I told everyone I was going after her.

Carried into Awakening like a charm.

Funny . . . I had so many problems w Awakening - but this is a common complaint that I had zero trouble with.

Well there are mods for the PC version that fix this, but the problem is that if you romance Morrigan, do the Ritual and then speak with her "about last night" after you've said your goodbyes at the gates of Denerim, then the Morrigan romance flag gets switched to "still in love." The problem is with Awakening which to properly trigger the Morrigan epilogue in Awakening the romance flag from Origins needs to be active.

You can't talk to her after the Gates of Denerim farewell speeches. You have to talk to her at the Gates, but if you speak with her anytime after that, you will be demoted to "friends."
