Dwarf Noble glitch

My brother started a new dwarf noble and when he got to the deep roads Gorim wasn't in his party. Which made it hard because you need 4 people in your party to get the shield. I don't know if it was the new DLC or some random glitch. It was on Dragon Age: Orgins in the US on the playstation 3

I'm playing a dwarf noble and it was fine for me. On the other hand, the freaking game is freezing again.

i even tried it on x-box 360 and i only get one scout and Ivo in my party Gorim disapears after i fight in the Proving.
