Shadow Wardens Armor

Bummer. Not sure if it was patch 1.03, Awakening or Feast Day gifts but somehow, new characters I create do not have the Shadow armor in their inv anymore.
Just realized that because I'm playing my first new character after I installed those stuff. I had many chars ongoing before and all of them already had the Shadow armor so they kept it after installing patch 1.03, Awakening and Feast Day gifts.
Is there a way to fix it? Tried reinstalling the dazip but didn't work.
Help with a custom armor mod please?

i guess that is because the creator of the custom armor used a script that fires during character creation where no inventory is available. with savegames and old chars this causes no issue but with new ones. also i think that this was created originally as addin content for the single player module. better to contact the creator and bump him to the right direction to use prcscr and attune his dlc to awakening.

not familiar with this mod, but another user seems to have the same issue. How did the armour get added to your inventory, do you know? If it was overriding a core resource then it is possible patch 1.03 superceded it.
You best bet is to use the console to add it to your inventory.

wait... i cant find a script to give you an item (am i just not seeing it?)... if you're feeling competant you could add a new script to the single player game to give you the items and call the script using the console. if youre new to scripting, its a fairly simple script, so i would think google can find something for you. You'll need to know the unique references for the items. poking in the dazip should give you those.
EDIT: oh semper just beat me to it heh. yeah you could indeed contact the author since im sure others will have the issue.

I tried to contact him. Left a message on DA Nexus. He has also another version of the mod, one that places the 3 pieces Shadow Armor Set for sale at the store in the party camp. I tried to install that instead but didn't work either.
Is there a way to uninstall dazip's or is it ok to install them over the previous version? I mean, I didn't uninstall the first version of this mod. I've just disabled it and installed the Store version dazip, which was then enabled again but, like I said, it didn't work. The set items are not for sale either.
