My Femshep doesn't use the shower, she takes a dip in her private quarters' aquarian and swims around catching fish with her teeth and eating them. Thats how she rolls. She also plans on recruiting Blasto the Hanar Spectre and keeping him in the aquarium.

The only place that has no bugs or tapest hat feed to TIM is the engine room, reason why Miri and Shepard had sex there. Miri knows where all the bugs on the ship are and what characters took them down (Mordin and Tali)

@Kev  I don't see Mshep having much of a problem with Legion in the shower.  I think Legion and TIM would have to watch out for Shepards frightening smile.
If Legion were hanging out it the bathroom though I see it something like...

Legion: Shepard-Commander.
Shepard: Legion!  When did you get in here?
Legion: We have been standing here the entire time.
Shepard: Oh... I hadn't noticed.
Legion: Shepard-Commander, don't forget to wash behind your ears.
Shepard: Oh, yeah.... ok....
