The only place that has no bugs or tapest hat feed to TIM is the engine room, reason why Miri and Shepard had sex there. Miri knows where all the bugs on the ship are and what characters took them down (Mordin and Tali)
I recall the feeds from the Engine room at the "surveilance" dispay in Zaeed's quarters.
Also: LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- that was TIM watching Mordin and Tali removing his decoy surveillance bugs.

I'll think the better question is.
How many female players would prefer Legion over Jacob as a romance option?
I cant think of many people who wouldnt prefer Legion, it would be pretty damn hard to make any romance worse then Jacob's. The romance is so awful it oozes over into the nonromantic dialog, even without trying to persue it you get forced to see some of it. That much awful just cant be contained in romance dialog alone.

To answer the OP's original question, out of all my femSheps, most would punch T.I.M. for just thinking about it. Only one would enjoy that thought (Renegade Sentinel)...

That's of no surprise. Zaeed is TIM's long lost twin brother, so...

My Shepards, despite gender, adds TIMs peeping to the ever expanding list of good reasons to kill him.
If Legion is going to be a LI he better be availiable to both genders. It would be unfair if FemShep got all the fun of multiple geth vibration settings.

I remember I wrote a little scene for this idea somewhere else online, back when ME2 was still in development but we knew about Legion. Lemme see if I recall.Lizardviking wrote...

Fade in - Shepard asleep in her quarters, a faint blue light coming in from the foot of the bed. She rolls over so it shines across her face, grimaces slightly (still mostly asleep), and opens one eye part way.
"What the-!"
Shepard sits bolt upright in bed, one hand holding up the blanket and the other coming up with a pistol from the bedside table. We pan around to see Legion standing against the ship display cabinet, unmoved.
"You may disengage your side arm, Shepard-Commander. You are in no danger."
"What the f^ck are you doing in here!?"
"We have been observing your rest cycle, Shepard. Your pattern of inhalation and exhalation is largely mathematically perfect. It could be called beautiful, if we processed such information."
The pistol lowers to rest in her lap, though she doesn't let go.
"Uh...thanks, I guess."
"Between 03:24 and 03:42 your heart rate increased by 8%, your respiration increased rate by 22% and volume by 5%, and your core body temperature rose .4 degrees."
Legion takes two steps forward, optical relay fixed on Shepard. We close in until they frame the shot.
"It is probable that these biometric changes indicate a positively emotionally charged dream state."
Another two steps - they are barely an arm's reach apart now. The light from Legion's optics darkens slightly.
"Were you dreaming, Shepard-Commander?
Perhaps about...machines?"
Fade out.

d'you really think that her cloaking device works while getting drenched ?Privateerkev wrote...
I'm pretty sure Kasumi is in there while cloaked as well...
Just look at the Predators, advanced as they are, even their cloaks fail when they are standing in water

She'll put the kibosh on it in ME3.
