Issue reporting:

1) Fully describe the problem. Please don't
assume that because an issue has been posted elsewhere that the reader
already has an understanding of what is happening. Describe as
completely as possible what is happening and how it is different from
what you expect. Include any related variables or events that you think
may be related to the issue.

Whenever I try to "import from another module."  If I have a character save from Darkspawn Chronicles, the game will crash. To "fix" this issue, I deleted the darkspawn chronicles save. Whenever I tried to "import from another module" the game works properly.

During my playthrough in Darkspawn Chronicles, the game will randomly crash. I cannot find a common crash variable yet.


2) Include steps to reproduce. If
you can get the issue to trigger consistently, please provide the steps
that you went through to get it to occur.

Like I said, for issue #1 if a Darkspawn Chronicles character save exists, the game will crash when say trying to import a character from another module "like xfering from Awakening."

For issue #2: I cannot reproduce this.

3) Steps to work
around. If you can get around the issue with some fiddling, please
provide those steps. This will help not only the community, but the
Dragon Age QA team to more easily understand the issue and target
potential areas for investigation.

For issue #1: Delete any and all darkspawn chronicles character save.


4) Visual aids. If you have an
issue that can be displayed, please provide a screenshot or video. Even
though you are displaying the issue, it is still important to describe
the issue and what to look for in the image or video.



5 Provide
regional information. Please specify which region version of Dragon Age:
Origins you are playing, as well as the region for any DLC and the
Awakening expansion.

ver. 1.03, has all DLC and Awakening Expansion.


Note: We will also be gathering information
on technical issue, including performance and stability. We will have
instructions soon for gathering and delivering system technical
information.
