I have been in contact with EA support.
When trying to connect to the EA server ( for cerberus network) i recive a error saying im underage.

My xbox live account is not underage, has never been underage.
I play fps's on xbox live, and purchase dlc, such as the GTA liberty city. All of which should be limmited with a age restriced account.

EA's response is that i would not get the error if my account was not underage. Also that i should create a new gamer tag.
This is poor.
I have alot of dlc tied to this gamer tag, alot of save games tied to this gamer tag.
Also a maybe 200 hours within the Mass Effect universe.

I can even purchase dlc regarding mass effect 2,i got the Equaliser Pack, got the error, and then the dlc content is avail from the ingame email.
i purchased the Collectors edtion(120 aus),entiling access to the Cerberus Network, which i cannot retive because of the error.

In short,please help!

Have you checked the settings on your 360 for your both your own account and to see if there are any family settings active?

Yes,check all local setting before contacting EA,also checked my dob within my live profile.
Called MS to double check if my dob was in correctly.

I can purchase DLC,i can even purchase ME2 dlc via the xbox live area,it is only the Cerberus Network area that throws back the error.
DLC purchased via xbox live is accessable within the game.

Sounds like customer support is the only ones that can help you here, and your account must have glitched somewhere along the way - ?

Another thing to do is check your actual EA account, and double check that it is properly linked to both your gamertag and your account here for bioware.social. Not that I had any issues or anything, but I didin't discover until much later that I had a separate EA account that wasn't fully registered. Whether your is or isn't fully registered, it's worth taking a look see as to what it's status is.

There have been all sorts of bugs with Cerberus Network, so quite frankly I'm surprised EA support brushed you off like that. I would contact them again and demand a proper resolution! Also, go through the sticky topics in this forum related to Cerberus Network issues. You might find some tips in there. Good luck!
