I have tried to get a answer about not getting the acheivements for killing 500 or 1000 darkspawn and all they keep doing is giving me the same stupid "we are sorry we cant help you because we are customer support". I thought customer support was exactly that, customer support!!!!!   I think if everyone boycotted there games they would get on the ball and fix the glitches and have actual answers.

it's a bug. They fixed it for PS3 in the last patch they got. Xbox, however got ignored yet again.

Try killing 1000 darkspawn all with whoever you're controlling at the time in a single playthrough. (That is, prevent the three non-controlled characters from getting kills.) This worked for me. Also, apparently you can save before a section with a lot of darkspawn, and keep reloading and replaying the area, and all those kills count together.

Unfortunately this only works for a few people :( Other people have tried both solutions presented here and got nothing. But as it works for some, it's definitely worth trying.

It's funny how they send you here if you email them directly, then we get ignored here, bottom line is they have our money and if it's not something that can make them money they don't care because they're too busy rushing out the next batch of buggy games or dlc.

They've had plenty of time to fix this game but have simply chosen not to, they instead focus on marketing and future games, not realizing that they are losing many loyal fans by their failure to give us any real fixes. Why fix the game when they can not only sell us dlc, that so may people mindlessly buy as soon as it's out, or sell us t-shirts and letter openers....

I'm beyond disappointed with the lack of support this game has gotten, and since EA is pulling the strings, this game won't get any support because it would cost money to fix it, and they won't do that with so many people still buying everything they put out and defending them. Bioware is simply the next victim of EA, their name is already ruined with a lot of people who won't be supporting them in the future, it's only a mater of time till EA strips them down and tosses them aside to move on to the next company....
