So my problem is that when i installed mass effect 1, i entered the registration code and everything worked fine. But when i finished installing, and pressed play, and after all that configuration stuff, i got an error message asking me to re-enter the registration code. i saw that the first code i entered was already filled in (without the dashes), so i just pressed ok, but it said i needed to enter it again, so i did it manually and it still didnt work. ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but it didnt work. Help please!

So what is solution for this problem ? I have exactly the same problem now ..I did get patch and nothing ..I want to play again Mass Effect from begining and finish ME 3 ..please...

I have *exactly* the same problem. Actually I wrote a new topic about it, where I described the problem in more detail. I also contacted EA support about it, but they havent been able to provide any useful help.
If anybody found any solution to it, please help us. Just like Cz Joseito, I want to play the whole ME trilogy from start

The Xbox version is over three years old already, and the PC conversion is nearly that old now.
EA provided the only official support for the PC version, and Microsoft for the Xbox version. When the number of gamers on hand here was substantial, we asked each other for suggestions here. Ten months ago, the entire social site died (typical for game forums), but none of the prior tech forums ever saw a tiny fraction of gamers with experience return.
ME-3 problems spill all over the place out of that forum because the site is so badly broken when gamers try registering that game. AFAIK, EA still supports ME-1, but they may have made reaching the Chatline more of a problem for ME-1 owners.
