Hi,
I have both "stone prisoner" and "red dragon armour" though in-box promos, but, they are available for play only when I am logged out. When I log in, they say they are "unauthorized". What can I do?

I have the same problem. I have stone prisoner and red dragon armor from promos and yesterday I bought Return to ostagar and Wardens keep( and I had problems with there too). Today they are ALL "unauthorised" when I am logged in.
